Rooney rule is a perfect example of why in order to move on from racism we need to stop forcing affirmative action on professional environments.
Lovie isn't getting interviewed because he's black, he's getting interviewed because he is an above average coach, same with Ray Horton who is becoming an excellent coordinator, Singletary on the other hand is just being used as pawn to bypass the Rooney rule.
