Just waded through this Bleacher article. May I say what an enormous pleasure it is not to see our starting qb's name mentioned anywhere? Quite sure in previous years they would have got in a pop. Small steps, people. Small steps.
Only two players drafted by the team feature, Nehemiah and Kwaeme Harris. No lover of Kwaeme, but to feature in the 100 worst ever may well be cutting it a bit strong.
Only two players on the list other than them joined the team. Chris Weinke who I can't remember seeing any action for us at all, and Lawrence Phillips. Personally I would have placed Phillips higher on the list.
The winner, if that is the right word? JaMarcus Russell, which should surprise no one. Ryan Leaf came in a very creditable third. In second place was a guy I have never heard of who Ditka apparently replaced with Walter Peyton one game. Not surprised? The guy was a quarterback!

^Moran Norris had a few good years with us and was part of the reason Gore ran for 1695 that one year. Michael Lewis had a 103 tackle, 96 and 82 tackle seasons for us... 5 Sacks, 4 Ints in those 3 and then the 4th year he was cut. I would put Mark Roman before Lewis. Winborn had a couple decent years for us as well.
And I'd put Rashaun Woods at WR before Wilson. Hell, we could put 10 WRs on that all time worst depth chart with Gilmore, Rasheed Marshall, Otis Amey, Woods, Hamilton, Brandon Jones, Brandon Williams, Lelie, etc
