If I were AEG and had to choose, I would pass on the Vikes (unless they go to another division) and Jags (do they have any fans at all?).
In contrary to that, Chargers (a lot of fans from Vegas, iirc and relatively succesful), Rams (division opponents are very near and they have a franchise QB) and the Raiders (self-explaining I think) would fit very well.
