So he HAS to go to the Bills? I'm not sure how this waiving/claiming thing works, I didn't know they didn't have a choice.

I love it; his sorry cheatin ass. But I feel bad for the Bills for having to get him. He sucks anyway. I hope he gets passed on the depth chart in Buffalo. That would be 3rd best thing to happen behind: the 49ers winning the SuperBowl and Sing getting fired.

I don't understand why the Bills would acquire Merriman. He doesn't really match their defensive scheme.

Even if they stick with the 3-4 I don't see Merriman being as affective in Buf as he would have been here in SF. Damn you Buffalo

why do they want to switch back to 4-3? lack of an eligible nose tackle like dan williams whom they ignored in favor of cj spiller in the last draft???
