What if scenario: Singletary coaching cowboys

If the cowboys actually hired Mike Singletary back in 2007, would the cowboys have won a superbowl by now? They seem to be a team that has lots of talent, but are not on the same page in terms of winning and teamwork.

Singletary was probably brought in to fulfill the Rooney Rule, but he is such a good speaker and motivator (and coach), I wonder if the cowboys made a mistake about not hiring him.

I realize this post is homerish and that Singletary hasn't done much, yet, in the coaching world... but I wanted to ask this question before he wins his first superbowl as head coach.

Let's wait to he wins a playoff game before we make him out to be a miracle worker. Singletary might be a great motivator, but if your QB is a choker in the playoffs giving him a great pep talk isn't going to change that.
