he's super rich he could've gotten robbed thus why he shouldn't have put himself in that position in the 1st place. Steve Smith had just been robbed at gunpoint a week or so earlier.

but why do you choose to judge him? I mean no writer writes about any random prisoner who has some MINOR violation in prison which happens hundreds of times a day. So why Plaxico? Because he is in the NFL?
