Marcus Trufant PUP

Quote:
Mora provided no timeline for Trufant's return, either. Trufant, 28, suffered a back injury on July 29, two days before training camp began. He was placed on the physically unable to perform (PUP) list for players who do not pass a physical exam.

Trufant's rehabilitation has included conditioning in the pool, and Mora said Trufant has began running. Tests this week showed there is an injury to a disk. Mora did not specify the nature or severity of the injury only that there is an "issue."

"It's not anything that will need surgery," Mora said. "It's good that we found this out now rather than in the middle of the season and tried to push him through it because now we can make some decisions how to move forward."

Ray Willis OT Seattle

Quote:
According to ESPN's Mike Sando, Seahawks OT Ray Willis is battling a knee issue.
Sando notes that Willis has been limping on the practice field and didn't play Saturday night. This is yet another big concern for the reeling Seahawks. With Walter Jones out indefinitely, Willis is being counted on to start the season at right tackle with Sean Locklear on Matt Hasselbeck's blind side.

Steve Breatson WR Cardinals

Quote:

Steve Breaston (sprained PCL) is not expected to play Saturday. The injury is not believed to be serious, but the Cardinals have yet to set a timetable for his return. Keep an eye on his progress next week.

Brooks Foster WR St Louis

Quote:

Rams rookie WR Brooks Foster is out 6-8 weeks after undergoing surgery on his foot Friday. Foster was originally supposed to be out 2-4 weeks from mid-August, but the surgery could land him on injured reserve if the Rams are hurting for roster spots. Foster would be no better than fifth on the depth chart if he did return in Week 5 or so.
Seahawks claimed OL Brian De La Puente off waivers from the Chiefs.
The Seattle Times calls De La Puente "a guard and tackle." The 'Hawks' line is already in terrifically bad shape, but it'll be even uglier if the 6'2/308-pounder gets reps outside. Ideally, De La Puente won't be on the roster.

It's getting ugly up in the pacific northwest

I'm pretty sure we had this guy at one point last year or two years ago.

Yah, he was solid in pre season last year.

yikes they are desperate

To early to tell about how the season will play out(Thats whats thrilling about the game)The way things are shaping up with injuries and trades,I think the team to watch out for in out division will be the seahawks, with their trades for ed J and t j. maybe the rams as well.Like I said to early to tell and this is jus a fans perspective.
If Arizona f**ks it up, we should be able to win the West with ease, we also need to beat them this year
Damn Seattle is losing alot of O-lineman
Im watching the Cardinals and Chargers game and the Tard's D is looking pretty good. They got to Rvers like 4 times I think. Its going to be a tough first game but we'll pull through at the end.
Cardinals coach Ken Whisenhunt revealed that Anquan Boldin suffered a hamstring "tweak" in Tuesday's practice. An MRI revealed no tear.
He'll probably miss the team's third exhibition game, meaning Early Doucet will play extensively because Steve Breaston is also banged up. The Cards aren't making a big deal of Boldin's injury. He's probably just day to day.
