4.138- Devin Neal RB

So it's Jeanty and Caldwell vs Harmon and Neal.

To me it's not even close. Harmon isn't some can't miss prospect and Shanahan has been terrible at his RB selections.

I'll take #1 option all ****ing day long

Only 1 name on both those lists has a chance to be a superstar and we all know who that is.

My updated big board

Hunter
Carter
Graham
Campbell
Walker
Membou
Harmon
Jeanty
Nolen (if the interview went great)
Barron

I'm happy only having #10 names here as I'm certain Ward goes #1.

The one caveat is Mike Green, I avoided his tape as I'd heard it was a Domestic violence situation and I was out. Sexual assault although just as serious have been known to sometimes not be as they seem. You hate there are two, but they're allegations, the team can do some digging, while I go back to the tape. Don't get many Marshall games here!
I just want this draft over with so I can watch videos of whomever they pick and hype them up as the greatest ever. Is that too much for ask for ??

I remember the Trey Sermon pick. I HATED it in real time. Watched some highlights and found a way to justify it in my head

Grant Cohn said he has heard that we are trying to trade into the top 6. But for who?

1- Tenn Cam Ward
2- Clev Shedeur Sanders
3- NY Will Campbell
4- NE Armand Membou
5- JAK Trade with SF Abdul Carter
11- JAK Tyler Warren

It would have to be 1.11 and 2.45 for 1.5

If you listen to Grant Cohn that explains a lot about your fixation with the 49ers drafting Jentry. Do you really think anyone inside the 49ers org tells Grant anything of relevance? Dude has literally burnt every bridge.

Zero pass rush for the interior in the first one. Cool so nothing changes lol.

Wow we have two RBs that each get about 10-12 carries for the next 2/3 yrs. Totally worth a top 11 pick and around $20Mper for two guys.

Acting like we don't have a superstar RB currently getting paid a ton of cash is silly. If SF didn't think he was healthy, they wouldn't have moved Mason.

also these little exercises are kinda pointless. Williams/Swinson and cadwell could all go higher than the mock shown. End of the day you can't just say, oh I won't draft such and such a position until later because you have no clue if that player will be there. It's a good group of DL AND RB.

but hey ill to make the RB crowd happy with a made up scenario.

Harmon/nolen-DT
Henderson/johnson-RB
Swinson -EDGE
cam Jackson/caldwell-NT
Bryant-CB

Also I mean if AJ is the next yearly generational RB he should be a no brainer top 5 pick in a draft class like this, amirite?

browns/NY/pats/jags could all use a once in a lifetime RB. Toss in the Raiders/jets/bears/panthers.

You keep saying we traded Mason because McCaffrey is healthy and that had nothing to do with it.

The team wasn't paying Mason 5.25m as a backup. Plain and simple. His health had nothing to do with the trade

Calm down.

First off I don't have a fixation with drafting Jeanty. This is a chat room to debate and talk about draft prospects. It's an interesting conversation.

Secondly, I have done 3 mocks in the mock draft room and not one has Jeanty at 11. My latest has Harmon at 11

Kriz is right, I've heard potential superstar, but not generational. I've just done the Oregon Vs Boise game, the Oregon front outmatched the Boise O-Line and he still produced. The Vision, lateral movement and contact balance are all elite, the burst is very good. I'd like to see more stiff arms and pass catching chops, but he's a great prospect.

All of the teams above will be having the same discussion we are, but they will have better talent available to them as they're higher up the board, doesn't mean anything if they choose other players.

That is close to what you will be paying a back up running back if you choose him at 11.

First off Jeanty wouldn't be a backup and secondly Mason isn't in Jeantys stratosphere as a RB

I mean if he's this yrs generational RB there's absolutely zero chance he's makes it to 11, right? He's BPA for every single team who can't get Hunter/Carter.
