I see he's visiting. As a GA tech fan I approve this. 😁

He has a similar mentality to Kittle and Jennings where he's out there looking to steal souls and just absolutely destroy the guy across from him. Forget skill and everything else, he plays like a rabid Doberman. You could utilize him immediately as a rookie on special teams and in various packages on offense and in a year or two he's the replacement for Farrell.

I like him a lot. Ga Tech rotated between 5 tight ends but he played by far the most snaps of them all. Didn't see a lot of action in the pass game but the discipline in the blocking game is some of the best film you'll see from a tight end. Guy finds his target and specializes in staying in front of his man.

Ga Tech also runs a ton of motion in their offense like the niners so he's adapt at getting to the edge and hitting those angle blocks as well.

I just see that "dawg" or whatever in him, same thing as was pretty evident with Jennings. Guy fights his ass off and doesn't back down from anyone. Even if he never develops into a consistent receiving threat, he can still have a long NFL career as a + blocker and a weapon on short yardage and goal line situations.

I like the prospect of developing him. Wouldn't be a bad decision. Stash him as the third guy and let him play special teams - develop him for a year and we may have something but as long as he can block at the nfl level - we can use him.

Instead of blowing millions on Farrell, they could have gotten someone that already looks like a better player and was a perfect fit for the offense in the late 5th round.

Facts. Run game may not have lost a beat with Kittle out. Hope they correct the mistake in 2026.
