Bryce Sterk-DE-Montana State

MOAR PASS RUSH!!!!

Sterk originally started out at Washington but transferred to the Bobcats where he was been a pass rush machine. He had 8.5 sacks last year and followed that up with 15 sacks this season. He has the size for the position in this defense with good length and more importantly, the athleticism to be an edge in the Wide 9. He's an expected mid round pick and is a player worth following going into the pre-draft process.

This dude lol. Had to go a little west from the Dakotas to find his obscure prospect.

Just you wait. I got like 5 or 6 more Montana/Dakotas prospects to bust out.
Whats his measurable??? Height/Weight, etc. would like a guy at least Bosa's size, not a pumped up LB, dat gets bulldozed in the run dept.,..
Montana state!?

Half my family went to Montana...go Griz !

He's more of the latter. 6'4", 250ish pass rush specialist. You can always find guys to stuff the run. Getting those who can consistently get to the QB is far tougher. Bosa can do it all but that is what you're hoping for from the #2 pick.

I just want more edges that can get to the QB, to improve the DL rotation and serve as insurance for Ford.
Sterk is definitely a hot riser in the scouting community. Heard rumblings starting in early October about Sterk generating buzz.

Somewhere around there although depending on his offseason he could be a guy that goes as high as the early 3rd round but right now I see him as mid 4th to late 5th.

He's going to be playing at the EW Shrine Game so another prospect to follow.
similar to Maxx Crosby?

Better fit in a 3-4, but he'd be a nickel pass rush specialist for us if we took him. Definitely has some tools.
