Bro, Matt Breida and Leonard Fournette beat Tyreek Hill in max speed in the last two seasons. Does anyone genuinely think those guys are faster than Tyreek Hill? Top-end speed typically means they had a clean straightaway and stretched out their legs. While top-end speed is one component of being fast, the most important component, IMO, is how long a player takes to reach that speed. That's really what makes Tyreek Hill special. He gets to top speed faster than anyone else and never has to blow the doors off the speed gun because he's usually smoked his defenders badly early in his route.
To use a car analogy: most of these guys are muscle cars; Tyreek Hill is a Tesla.
