According to who? Go look at the results of the draft last year, then look at all the other sites that put up a "final mock draft" and chuckle at how incredibly wrong they were. Online rankings don't mean that much in the grand scheme of things.

That whole draft simulator thing is dependent on the views and biases of the person who designed it, ask 10 different NFL scouts about how they feel about a player and you'll likely get 10 different answers.

stacked WR class and questions of whether he can separate and get behind corners... I really like him and would have no problem with us selecting him prior to rd 3.. but I do suspect he could fall to rd 3.

I want two receivers. One ridiculously quick and speedy guy, another one who can just flat out dominate with his toughness, hands, and route-running. We all love the 6-4 receivers, but sometimes the 6-0 guy is simply the better player.

Landry doesn't have amazing size at only 6-0, but the way he plays the game leads me to believe he is going to develop into a starting receiver in the NFL.
