Robinson--A better version of Anquan--that is going to hard, but not impossible.

I just hope whoever we do draft in this deep WR class we dont end up with another A.J. Jenkins type of player

You would hope that whatever assumptions the scouting department/Baalke made about AJJ, they won't make those same mistakes again. They'll do their homework on ability/willingness to learn new techniques, work ethic and passion for the game.
I got bored and put together some of the measurements for the Combine's Wide Receivers. We all know how Baalke and Harbaugh love arm length, so I mainly did this to compare some of our favorite wideouts and their arm length. Here ya go:

Height Arm Length 40 Yard
Abbrederis, Jared 6'1'' 31 3/8" 4.5
Adams, Davante 6'1'' 32 5/8" 4.56
Beckham, Odell 5'11'' 32 3/4" 4.43
Benjamin, Kelvin 6'5'' 34 7/8'' 4.61
Boyd, Chris 6'4'' 32 5/8'' 4.73
Brown, Corey 5'11'' 31 3/4'' 4.51
Brown, John 5'10'' 30 1/2'' 4.34
Bryant, Martavis 6'4'' 32 5/8'' 4.42
Burse, Isaiah 5'10'' 30 1/4'' 4.58
Campanaro, Mike 5'9'' 30'' 4.46
Coleman, Brandon 6'6'' 34'' 4.56
Colter, Kain 5'10'' 31''
Cooks, Brandin 5'10'' 30 3/4'' 4.33
Copeland, Damian 5'11'' 31 3/8'' 4.5
Davis, Mike 6'0'' 32 3/4''
Ellington, Bruce 5'9'' 32'' 4.45
Enunwa, Quincy 6'2'' 32 5/8'' 4.45
Evans, Shaq 6'1'' 32'' 4.51
Evans, Mike 6'5'' 35 1/8'' 4.53
Fowler, Bennie 6'1'' 32'' 4.52
Franklin, Austin 5'11'' 31 1/4'' 4.56
Gallon, Jeremy 5'7'' 29 1/2'' 4.49
Grant, Ryan 6'0'' 31'' 4.64
Hazel, Matt 6'1'' 31 3/8'' 4.5
Herron, Robert 5'9'' 30 1/2'' 4.48
Hoffman, Cody 6'4'' 33 1/4'' 4.65
Huff, Josh 5'11'' 31 1/4'' 4.51
Hurns, Allen 6'1'' 32'' 4.55
Janis, Jeff 6'3'' 32 1/2'' 4.42
Jones, TJ 6'0'' 30 5/8'' 4.48
Landry, Jarvis 5'11'' 31 3/4'' 4.77
Latimer, Cody 6'2'' 32 5/8''
Lee, Marqise 6'0'' 31 3/4'' 4.52
Lucas, Marcus 6'4'' 33 5/8'' 4.6
Matthews, Jordan 6'3'' 33 1/4'' 4.46
Moncrief, Donte 6'2'' 32 3/8'' 4.4
Norwood, Kevin 6'2'' 32 1/8'' 4.48
Powell, Walt 5'11'' 31 5/8'' 4.63
Reese, Tevin 5'10'' 31 5/8'' 4.46
Richardson, Paul 6'0'' 32 5/8'' 4.4
Robinson, Allen 6'2'' 32'' 4.6
Saunders, Jalen 5'9'' 30'' 4.44
Snead, Willie 5'11'' 33'' 4.62
Stewart, Josh 5'10'' 30'' 4.69
Street, Devin 6'3'' 33 3/8'' 4.55
Washington, L'Damian 6'4'' 33 3/8'' 4.46
Watkins, Sammy 6'1'' 32'' 4.43
Wilson, Albert 5'9'' 30 3/8'' 4.43

Here are the top 20 in arm length:

Evans, Mike
Benjamin, Kelvin
Coleman, Brandon
Lucas, Marcus
Street, Devin
Washington, L'Damian
Hoffman, Cody
Matthews, Jordan
Snead, Willie
Beckham, Odell
Davis, Mike
Adams, Davante
Boyd, Chris
Bryant, Martavis
Enunwa, Quincy
Latimer, Cody
Richardson, Paul
Janis, Jeff
Moncrief, Donte
Norwood, Kevin

Some on here are indifferent on Odell Beckham Jr, but he has the arm length that is comparable to the guys that are 6'2'' plus. That plus his speed, will definitely put him on Baalke's radar. With that said, Matthews has been and remains my favorite of the group. People questioned his speed, but you don't see defenders catch him from behind. Also, his time in the 40 shows he has speed that translates to football speed. Just my opinion though.
^Bruce Ellington has 31'' arms but for his size that's great. Has good sized hands too. Hopefully Baalke keeps it in perspective. That kid can be special for us if we draft him.

Cody Hoffman's my sleeper pick
I love that Mathews is losing a bit of hype, getting him in the 1st would without moving up would be a steal.

What order do you see the wideouts going? I am thinking that following Watkins will be, Evans, Beckham Jr., and then maybe Lee. It's hard for me to think that Matthews production and his combine workout won't cause him to push Lee and Benjamin for being the 4th wideout taken. If you remember, the 2004 NFL draft was considered deep at wideout and there were 7 taken in the first round. Sorry to bring up the draft that included Rashaun "Gone Fishin" Woods, but I could see that same kind of run on wideouts happening in this draft. If that is the case, Matthews could go in the late teens to mid 20s of the first round. Watkins will go top 5, and I wouldn't be surprised to see Evans in the top ten. Someone hoping to get Evans in the teens may jump at Beckham early and then the run on wideouts could easily happen.

I am just speculating but if Harbaalke fell in love with Matthews and jumped up to the late teens for him, I would be happy with that. I know many will say that the value isn't there, but this kid looks the part, plays the part, and seems like a smart kid.

Is he losing hype from bad performance in drills or do you mean that others are simply shooting up boards because of their work outs?

I'm stuck in class all day so I am missing all of the drills today.

Need some of that Jerry Rice bloodline back in SF.

Oops I quoted the wrong post.

Yes I meant Matthews. He's the best fit of any WR in the draft for the Niners' offense IMO.

Although it would be tempting to trade up for Cooks to stretch the defense; that dude is Desean Jackson quick.

I think ya'll are going to be disappointed... I don't see us taking a receiver in the first two rounds unless we package a few picks and move up for one of the Elite guys (Watkins, Evans). San Francisco likes big, physical players at all positions. Martavious Bryant is the only guy I could see us drafting, maybe Shaq Evans or Jeff Jannis in the later rounds.
