Nah,, ginn will probably sign for vet minimum. He didnt get very much in the way of offers this past off-season and he can/will get hurt. I think we draft for depth/future. Our immediate needs next yr. will be a backup OT (Boone at guard), CB/FS (Mc. Bath,Brock barely on roster), NT, RDE(grooming behind Smith)..The rest (FB, OLB,ILB,LS,etc) we can go the low round depth route..

What is with the zone assuming Ginn will be back next year?? We were prepared to watch him leave this year and that was only weeks after the KW fumblepolooza -- Why would it change this season to we MUST GET GINN BACK NOW!!!!!! Hunter had that fumble yesterday but through 2 games Williams + preseason Williams has been beyond stellar for us. Why he isnt back on kick returns is beyond me(maybe keeping him from getting double whammied again?).
Ginn already signed here for veteran minimum or slightly above it this past season. Rumor was Minnesota offered him more money then what he re-signed for he was just being stubborn looking for more PT at WR and didn't want to go to a losing team.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, he'll need to blow it wide open as returner this year for us to bring him back again, like 28+ YPR on KR and another 11+ YPR on PRs and take more back to the house then 2 in one game against a weak Seattle ST group, Earl Thomas was the only player capable of tackling him last season.
Dont be surprised if neither Moss or Ginn are gone next year, Moss hopefully riding off into the sunset after we win the SB and Ginn striking it rich with a super needy WR team like say going back to Miami lmao or on a serious note Jacksonville or the Jets.

An oft injured return guy that offers little at WR isnt worth the cost or the roster spot

I just pulled up a quick list between classes....if you have more guys add them.
I think the WR route is better for the roster especially if the guy can contribute

Next year our main core at wr will be Jenkins Crabtree and manningham
Kyle Williams will be on the team if moss isn't there 1 wr will be needed could be Nathan Palmer but I think we needs a big bodied wr there exclusovly for red zone

this this and this -- I find it very interesting that we are intentionally going all sub-6'1" at WR -- Drafting Jenkins, signing Manningham, keeping KW(which I'm very happy with ) instead of feeding him to the vultures, signing Nathan Palmer and even going after that big RZ type in Tyms. Seems like we really want 1 big, tall, RZ guy to standout amongst the smaller wideouts. Makes me wonder what our who the addition will be this offseason and if we'll need to replace both Moss and Ginn or just 1 of them.

Really liked the Tyms receiver and was hoping he would end up on the practice squad to keep for next season.
