Many Niners fans are talking about 4 or 5 players the niners could be drafting(Fleener , Hill , Wright, etc) , but I think Harbalke will surprise many on draft day and draft a player like Chandler Jones from Cuse. Sure it's not our biggest need , but I think the Niners will have him high on the board when they pick at 30.

I'm thinking a Long-Snapper with the 30th pick. Can't have enough of those.

as a 3-4 olb (if so i think there will be better 3-4 olbs on the board, such as shea mcclellin) or to bulk up and play def end (which would be a good pick if he can bulk up in the 280 range?

Maybe a right tackle, to play guard this year or to move Davis over to guard.

I'd like someone to look into their crystal ball and tell me if we're going to be able to sign Bowman next offseason? It would be nice to have a young player (Mychal Kendricks) on the roster who could sit for a year and learn from him if we are indeed going to lose him to free agency.

I think a CB or DE would be surprising, but certainly possible.

3-4 DE might surprise me but CB wouldn't. Agreed both are certainly possible.
ILB or OT would surprise me the most.

I've had similar thoughts, just not with Barron. The scenario that has entered my mind lately is this, would we consider Harrison Smith at that spot? What do you think? I could see us being stuck in a position where there are no WR's of value at that spot, and I think that 30 would be too early for a lot of the G's that have been talked about lately. Plus Dashon is only has a franchise tender right now. We may need to cover ourselves in case he splits next year
