I don't care too much about his run blocking abilities.

If we draft him it's not replace to Vernon Davis. Delanie Walker was a poor blocker too although he has made some strides at that. Aaron Hernandez was a lousy run blocker coming out. I don't know if he improved but coming out that was definetily a weakness.

If we take Fleener it's because we envision him to be a great receiver not a great blocker.

Here's what I'm looking at

6'6 245 4.55ish forty. We're a team that desperately needs a red zone target, and a team that desperately needs a more refined tight end. Vernon's awesome but his lack of awareness really bites us in the ***.
