ABs Final Mock, with Surprises

My Final Mock Draft;

Round 1.

1- Panthers - QB Cam Newton, Auburn

Not neccessarly the best player, but they are not gonna give millions and millions to a CB or a WR.

2- Broncos - DT Marcell Dareus, Alabama

Perfect fit, sure they think maybe Von or Peterson, but they go with the best player available by need, and Dareus fills a huge void.

3- Bills - OLB Von Miller, Texas A&M

Fits nicely. Sure they are tempted with taking Gabbert here, but they need a pass rusher badly, with Maybin looking like a bust.

4- Bengals - QB Blaine Gabbert, Missouri

Scared, or maybe not scared, but unsure of Carson Palmer, the Bengals take what they believe is there new franchise QB.

5- Cardinals - OLB Robert Quinn, North Carolina

Surprise pick I know, but Quinn is a beast, and will help with there LB corps. And they need to fill the void they have had since Dansby left.

6- Browns - WR A.J. Green, Georgia

The Browns are so thrilled AJ is here, Green is the best WR and probably the most explosive player in the draft.

7- 49ers - CB Patrick Peterson, LSU

I have said since Senior Bowl and on, Peterson is our pick, and it comes true.

8- Titans - QB Jake Locker, Washington

Surprise Surprise Surprise, Tennessee is in love with Locker, and snatch him at 8 worrying a team like Minny or Washington might get him at 10 or sooner.

9- Cowboys - OT Tyron Smith, USC

The boys need a huge OT to help anchor the line for years, and Smith has all the upside, and fits nicely.

10- Redskins - DE Cameron Jordan, California

Maybe a surprise to some, Jordan fits the 3-4 perfectly, and will help anchor there line on defense for years.

11- Texans - CB Prince Amukamara, Nebraska

Thrilled he is left, they snatch him up so fast especially after looking to trade up for him.

12- Vikings - DT Nick Fairley, Auburn

In a surprising fall, Fairley ends up in a great situation. He will learn from one of the best in Kevin Williams.

13- Lions - OT Anthony Castonzo, Boston College

Trying to get ahead of dallas for Tyron Smith. The Lions go to Plan B, Anthony Castonzo BC OT.

14- Rams - WR Julio Jones, Alabama

Thrilled he is here, they run up and get there man they have targeted from the get go.

15- Dolphins - RB Mark Ingram, Alabama

After looking at Locker and knowing he wasn't falling, they go with the best player on the board, in Ingram. He will fill a huge need for years.

16- Jaguars - OLB Aldon Smith, Missouri

Aldon Smith has been under the radar, and has shot up boards, and fits nicely.

17- Patriots - OG/C Mike Pouncey, Florida

With the uncertain futures of Stephen Neal, the Pats go O-Line with the 17th pick.

18- Chargers - NT Phil Taylor, Baylor

A huge need ever since Jamaal Williams was cut. He will be a nice addition to a stout defense.

19- Giants - DE Ryan Kerrigan, Purdue

They go IMO the best player on the board. Kerrigan will help with the defense for yrs.

20- Buccaneers - OT Gabe Carimi, Wisconsin

The major need is OT and they address it here with one of the best left.

21- Chiefs - DE J.J. Watt,. Wisconsin

KC needs a lot of help on the D, and Watt is too good to pass up on. Can play as a 4-3 End or 3-4 End.

22- Colts - OT Derrek Sherrod, Mississippi State

Needing a LT they get there man in Sherrod.

23- Eagles - OT Nate Solder, Colorado

Even with other needs, like Corner, the Eagles take the last 1st rd Tackle.

24- Saints - TE Kyle Rudolph, Notre Dame

After cutting Shockey, the saints need a TE badly, and Rudolph has so much potential and upside. That it is a no brainer.

25- Seahawks- QB Ryan Mallett, Arkansas

Surprise again, Mallett indeed goes top 25, and goes to Pete Carroll and Seattle.

26- Ravens - CB Jimmy Smith, Colorado

Ravens are so thrilled, the 3rd best CB has fallen so far and they snatch him up.

27- Falcons - DE Da'Quan Bowers, Clemson

Not a need neccessarly, but Bowers has too much upside and skills, they just can't pass it up.

28- Patriots - DE Muhhamed Wilkerson, Temple

Thrilled, a potential top 15 pick skill wise falls to 28, and they get him here.

29- Bears - WR Jonathan Baldwin, Pittsburgh

Needing a threat they go with Baldwin, a deep threat.

30- Jets - DE Cameron Heyward, Ohio State

Needing a DE big time, they get there man in Heyward.

31- Steelers - DE Adrian Clayborn, Iowa

Not sold on Clayborn 100% but he is a good player and they get him at 31.

32- Packers - OG Danny Watkins, Baylor

Absolute beast at the NFL level, and thrilled to get him.
I can dig it.
Dalton and Ponder are still available in the 2nd round!!!
