He is a little undersized, a la Parys Haralson (which is cause for concern), but there is a lot to like about this guy.
He had the fastest 3-cone drill among DE and OLBs at the combine (6.69). He also ran a decent 4.67 40 (faster than Haralson's 4.78), and a 4.32 short shuttle (which is a bit slow, in comparison with Clay Matthews [4.18] and Von Miller [4.06]).
He was a 2 year starter, ending his college career with 23.5 sacks (Haralson finished his college career with 12.5... no joke), and 37 tfls. He was also earned a myriad of awards, including 2010 Wuerffel Trophy (all-around excellence in athletic, academic and community achievement), ARA Sportsmanship Award, William V. Campbell Trophy winner (nation's top football student-athlete), second-team All-America by the Walter Camp Football Foundation and third-team All-America by the Associated Press in 2010.
I got most of this info from here. His combine numbers were taken from ESPN insider's draft profile.
In short, I think Acho could be a solid second or third round pick.
Scott
PS. If this is already posted somewhere, I apologize. I searched for an Acho thread, but found nothing.
