If the draft were held today, the Niners would have the top pick in the draft.
"...However, because the Bills play a relatively difficult schedule this season, Buffalo would actually only pick 4th were the draft held today based on the strength of schedule of the 4 remaining winless teams. In fact, if the draft were held today, San Francisco would have the top pick, followed by Detroit, Carolina and the Bills..."

GBN Reports: Odds to get #1 pick
They have the Niners at 50-1 to get first pick. Interesting look though Buffalo and Cleveland at the top need QB's and the Cards and Seahawks later. The Pats (pick from the raiders) will have one of the top WR's or CB's available.
Right now I would say Prince Akamura or Adrian Clayborne on defense would be there.

That doesn't make sense, Carolina drafted Clausen and Cleveland drafted McCoy.

I would say Carolina will NOT draft a QB that high, but I think Cleveland could definitely go QB in the top 5

I don't think they pass on a top qb for a guy they picked in the 4th round

if we sign Harbaugh first
