Wish we would've drafted him instead of picking up David Carr. Carr may or may not prove me wrong, but I like Clausen's potential and mechanics over Carr and Davis.

Eh he threw a pick in his first game with the panthers and he has a bit of a funky delivery. I'm still glad we passed on him.

Yeah but if that happens to Smith people are going to blame him for it on here. Don't get me wrong he had some nice throws but only about half of them, and the pick(which wasn't his fault really but still), and he throws it side arm somewhat which I didn't think he did in college but maybe he did. Either way I'm not a big fan and I'm glad we stayed away.

This guy looks like a crappier version of Alex Smith. He has a WAY better line than Alex had and WAY better receivers, yet his stats are extremely similar, if not worse. I know it's early but so far Jimmy Clausen looks like a bust, especially if the Panthers pick Andrew Luck next year.
