This is what I think may happen, not what teams SHOULD do (many teams make dumb football decisions)
1) Sam Bradford
2) Russell Okung
3) Gerald McCoy
4) Jimmy Clausen
5) Bryan Bulaga
6) CJ Spiller
7) Eric Berry
8) Bruce Campbell
9) Dan Williams
10) Ndamukong Suh
11) Joe Haden
12) Jason Pierre-Paul
13) Trent Williams
14) Dez Bryant
15) Will Weatherspoon
16) Derrick Morgan
17) Kyle Wilson
18) Rolando McClain
19) Brandon Graham
20) Earl Thomas
21) Carlos Dunlap
22) Jermaine Gresham
23) Charles Brown
24) Mike Iupati
25) Jared Odrick
26) Sergio Kindle
27) Taylor Mays
28) Ryan Mathews
29) Demaryius Thomas
30) Brian Price
31) Maurkice Pouncey
32) Everson Griffen
I know what your thinking. "GoldenGate, I want what your on because you must be smoking crack to have Naduknog Suh fall to 10!", but no I didn't smoke crack, I get high off life!
But honestly, the guy is a one year wonder and is only good in a 4-3 scheme. With WSH, BUF and many other team starting to get into a 3-4 base, Ndamukong's stock has dropped alot. As well, Gerlad McCoy fits perfectly in the tampa 2 as a one gap penetrator. After the top 3, WSH is switching to a 3-4 and has a regiem change, meaning new QB. KC is switching to a 3-4 and already has alot of money invested on the DL. Next, SEA could take Suh, but elects for the electric CJ Spiller to give their 26th ranked rush Offense and 21st ranked Kick return gme some help. Also, alot of reports say that Seattle is VERY high on Spiller (and probably something else) nd would think of taking him at 6. I think that is WAY too high, but I am not the GM. After SEA, CLV is a 3-4, OAK is a possibility, but OT is just too big a need (plus they will take Geno Atkins in round two- he's fast!) and BUF is switching to a 3-4, hence Big Dan Williams.
Other than that, the only other odity you might see is Haden to the Broncos and Weatherspoon before McClain. Haden goes to DEN because Champ and Andre Goodman will be 32 next season. They got Alphonso Smith last year, but they need another CB beside him. With Haden's 4.43 on a wet field at his pro day, Denver will be happy to pick up the #1 corner in the draft. Next, McClain is too slow to play in a 4-3 and may only be a 2 down backer. That being said, he is still very talented and the Steelers are one of the best teams are stocking young talent for the future. James Farrior will be 35 and the Steeler wil need someone in the middle for the future. Also, I love Weatherspoon and think he can play all over the field in almost any scheme, and has a certain swagger to him that you can see in his game. Great pickup for the NYG (although I hate them).
Anyway, rest of the 9ers draft.
1) Trent Williams, OT
1) Kyle Wilson, CB
2) Reshad Jones, SS
3) Brandon Spikes, ILB
4) John Jerry, OG
5) Blair White, WR
6) Brandon Carter, OG
7) Brandon Sharpe, OLB
Don't know if Brandon Sharpe will be there in round 3, but he is a pass rush specialist (too light and weak to be a factor in the run game). I know that its alot of Brandons, but they all fill need. Spikes will fall to round 3 due to a horrendous 40 time. But I'll let his game speak for himself, and with him under Uncle Takeo, he should be fine. Next we add lots of depth on the O-line with Trent, Jerry and B. Carter. Lastly, Blair White is a very reliable slot reciever and can be a good player on special teams as well. This gives us our KR/PR (Kyle Wilson, Reshad Jones and Blair can help), fixes the O-line, and pathes up the secondary (Wilson and Jones), as well as adding a Slot reciver (White). Anyway, this would be the best draft we could get in my honest opinion.

suh isnt a one year wonder he made the all first sec team as a junior and he is best defensive prospect in past decase no way he passes 3rd spot especially since both lions and bucs have need at DT and he can also play DE in a 3-4 something mccoy cant do

Remember, the Niners get an extra (compensatory) sixth round pick.

watch carefully 0:22 and 6:27, worst defense I have ever seen.
At 2:00 he really shows his speed chases down Jahiv Best (impressive)
3:43 shows that he just throws his body at people and doesn't know how to tackle (actually, this happens quite a bit)
Anyway, Mays I would consider in the second round. Just too much of a libility in the beack end.

And although he can play DE, that is almost a complete waste of his talent. No one would pay top 5 money for a 3-4 DE (except KC, Tyson Jackson pick was the biggest reach I have ever seen).

1a.WR, dez bryant-he is a beast and a very good KR,PR, and he will be another weapon for smith just imagen him with crabs,vd and morgan
1b.RT, anthony davis-this guy has the biggest upside of all the lineman in the draft and he is a stud, he will anchor our line.
2.OLB, jerry hughes-he is a beast in his own rights he will provide pass rush and he reminds me of lammar woodly.
3.SS, major wright- a really good safety ball hawk and a hard hitter and might be the steal of the draft.
4.ST, leroy van- might be a reach but his stock is rising fast , and he will provide CB deph and tied with cj spiller in PR,KR,TD's but he is a project but in the mean time he will be a special teamer.
5.ILB, micah johnson- a big phisical line backer great in the box and will provide deph and when spike retires he and scott mkillop will fight for starting position.

I'd substitute Davis for Williams...because he can play LT, giving Solari/Singletary better options between he and Staley. I'd take Iupati at #17...to finish the OL picks. Very good CB's still avail in 2nd rd...like Kareem Jackson. CB is a more critical position than S...especially since this will probably be Clements' last season in SF. In 3rd rd, DE/OLB, even RB if the right guy's there. 4th would be a good spot to get a S to replace Hudson...like Rolle or Robert Johnson. 5th could be KR. 6th on, depth for OL/DL/LB.

A lot of people knew who Suh was last year!
Only because you didn't doesn't mean his name wasn't around
