I just noticed that you have Jake Locker going #1 overall.
That's...ridiculous.

Bradford is injured again today, and this might kill his chance to be a top 10 pick. In fact, he might simply pull back and return for his senior year.
he would be smart to return for his senior season IMO.
would he even start his senior season?

absolutely did you watch landry jones down the stretch today...2 picks in crunch time??? With Bradford they'd probably go onto win that game.

Mays is nothing like Roy Williams.
The reason williams was horrible was that he was slow as molasses. Everyone says Mays is ridiculously fast.

Reason I ask is because his shoulder may not be 100%.

Watching today's Notre Dame USC game I'll tell you what I wish Mays did more, wrap up. He always goes for the shoulder hit. Easily taught at the next level, just something he needs to make a habit at the next level imo.
Damn I just saw him do it again at the goal line. They roll off him for like an extra 3 yards.

I hate that s**t, but that seems to be the new trend the past 10-15 years, even in the NFL.
Guys would rather go for the big hit than make the tackle.

See this is my problem with Mays. Every time I watch him I always think that he could've had a greater impact on the game. Berry on the other hand is the real deal.

Cosigned. I'm not a big Mays fan though. He's not enough of a ballhawk for me. I like Berry way better but he'll probably be gone. I wouldn't mind an OT with this pick though, or a QB. The oline blows and Hill isn't the answer, we still don't know about Smith. Or heck even a guy like Kindle or another 3-4 OLB. I guess I'm saying is that we have a lot of average-decent players, but we can upgrade in a lot of those positions.
He fits the Michael Lewis type SS position and after 3 concussions in a month, it may be time to look for his replacement.

Most everyone prefers Berry, but in this mock, he's gone before. I'd rather get pass rusher like hughes if we can but I wouldn't be sad about getting mays.

I'd probably take Hughes ahead of Mays.......wouldn't mind either though.

I disagree Locker has a lot to offer at the next level. He is playing well this season and it is only his first in something that resembles a pro offense.
I don't know why you hate on this QB class so much.
