Wow, just when things couldn't get more depressing. Worst case scenario for sure. That said, I'm staying at 13 taking Thomas or Henderson and grabbing Mims at 31 over Shenault (3 surgeries since 2018.)
Two impact starters in R1.
Also would like to set what players the additional picks net.

Would be an ok start if you sub Shenault out with just about anybody
Yeah I was debating Mims to Packers instead of Reagor. Both Jones and Shenault are high-risk/high-reward picks and I decided to go in that direction with the picks. Lynch has not been afraid to make a risky pick (Reuben Foster). Shenault fits the Shanahan Swiss Army Knife criteria so that may cause them to cross their fingers on the injury risk.
The 3rd round picks could be CB, S, DT or NT. I decided to stop after round 1 for this exercise. But maybe Ashtyn Davis or Kyle Dugger if either is there at 70.

No way we move down 10 spots to get a few 3rd picks. We have a chance to get a game changer. We have depth. We need a frontline starter at WR. If Staley retires before the draft, I could see maybe getting a top LT. We have to wait this out. I see a big time WR and a trade at the end of the 1st rd.
Makes me kind of sad in pants

This....it would be a disaster if it went down like this (sorry bro).

If we're making all these move downs for late day 2 picks could you at least show who we drafted?
The Dolphins trade is fair. Not every mock draft trade has to have the 49ers coming out far ahead.

13 for 18 and 70 is almost exactly even. We could pick Kinlaw at 18 and then get a pretty good WR prospect at 70 plus Ruiz at 31. That's not a bad mock.

The Patriots trade is a horrible one for the Patriots. They're giving up way too much to move up 5 spots. The gap between 18 and 23 is 140 points and the #98 pick alone is 108 points. There's a good chance they regress next year without Brady (and their defense regresses towards the mean after having one of the best seasons ever). That future 3rd round pick is worth a lot more than the 32 points that make up the difference and they may need it to rebuild.

Shenault at 31 is just dumb. He may be available at 70.

Lol
No offense but that draft would make me cry.

Jones and Shenault

Muti in the first round to Seattle is a total Seattle pick btw...

And if Arizona goes WR...I'd be SHOCKED if it wasn't Lamb.

i really hope this doesnt happen. we can no longer pick up good "depth" guys. our window is open now we need playmakers now thats why i think we go with an impact maker at 13. i dont understand the obsession with drafting a tackle in the first rd now either. staley is still signed. he played well when he was out there this year except maybe one or two games. we dont have the time or picks to draft a tackle to sit an watch for a year or two until staleys done. not all tackles can play guard well. do we need a guard an center yes, we do not need a tackle YET. we need WR, CB much more.
Based on my scenario, are you grabbing Justin Jefferson at #13? My "what if" mock is based on all three top WRs gone before #13.

Trade down or pick Thomas.
