There is no time limit, but picks go pretty fast during the day until sleepies time. If people are off, there is a text each other feature for reminders or proxy pics. Also people who need to go to sleep can send some a list of their upcoming picks so someone can proxy for them.
As long as people are active, the draft goes pretty fast.
