Who should I take at #4 ?

So I'm going to assume that the first three picks are AP, McCoy and Charles. If that turns out not to be the case I'll simply grab who ever falls to me. It's a keeper league and Forte is already off the board so the way I see it my main choices are:
Eddy Lacy
Calvin Johnson
Marshawn Lynch
Payton Manning

It's a PPR league btw

Sorry I should have mentioned that. I'm keeping Le'Veon Bell (Pitts RB) and giving up my 8th round pick to do so. I have Lacy ranked the highest but of course when I saw the draft order I started second guessing. I think I just needed to hear others to say it's the right call.
