Aldon Smith is going to eat the Cardinals tackles for breakfast... but he doesn't see the field as much as one would like. Jake Long won't get many chances at sacks, because the Seahawks are gonna run the ball with Lynch as much as possible. Justin Smith is going to command a lot of attention.
I'd go with Aldon. The other two might be safer picks, but Aldon has the potential for a big day.

Aldon doesn't get enough reps. Justin smith is solid. Jake Long plays tackle for the dolphins. Just my 2 cents
