I meant 11 pm EST 8 PST but 8 pm EST works for me, I was just thinking of our west coast brothers from other mothers.

8pm Pacific would be awesome for me. That would make the draft at 5am instead of 2 or 3 am overseas. Either way though, whatever works best for everyone else. I don't mind doing a draft earlier. I'm always up that late(or early, however you want to look at it) anyways because of the Giants games.
