The San Francisco 49ers have launched 49ersfaithful.net. It appears to be a community site for 49ers fans where they can sign up and share information about themselves.

Update: 49erswebzone.com fans are putting "webzone" under their Hobbies so they can find each other.

Kyle Shanahan addresses Mike Florio's criticisms of 49ers' Super-Bowl-or-bust mentality

In June, Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk created a stink over some offseason comments by Kyle Shanahan. The San Francisco 49ers head coach commented during the team's State of the Franchise event about his desire to get back to that fourth quarter in the Super Bowl and finish the job. Florio felt the comments dismissed the work it takes to get to that point and set unrealistic expectations. Except, Shanahan did note that he was well aware that the journey would not be easy, and that this season will be harder than ever. "That's why all of our guys have got to take this challenge, and we've got to take advantage of this offseason," Shanahan said in June.

Kyle Shanahan excited and optimistic about training camp during pandemic after months of self-quarantine

A lot of effort is going into trying to make sure NFL players are safe as teams get set to begin training camps. Significant changes have swept across NFL facilities, with every team needing to make massive changes to protocols, and even the buildings themselves, to ensure social distancing is possible. George Kittle excited to (sort of) sit next to Jimmy Garoppolo at Oracle Park

San Francisco 49ers George Kittle and Jimmy Garoppolo were recently seen at Oracle Park, the home turf of Major League Baseball's Giants. No, he wasn't privy to some behind-the-scenes look at a game or batting practice for local stars. The Giants aren't even in town. They are in Los Angeles. It wasn't even the real Garoppolo and Kittle. The two were represented by cardboard cutouts, which will become permanent residents for this season, replacing fans in Oracle Park's seats. Garoppolo's and Kittle's were shown off among a group of other Bay Area celebrities. Between the two is the cutout of rapper E-40.
