ADALIUS HAS A DEALIO?
An industry source tells us that Ravens linebacker Adalius Thomas already has a deal in place with the San Francisco 49ers.
Thomas and Niners coach Mike Nolan were together in Baltimore, when Nolan was on Brian Billick's staff.
On Sunday, Thomas admitted that the Ravens "don't have the money" to re-sign him.

Baldinger explains why 49ers' Kyle Shanahan should have challenged the catch vs. Eagles
By David Bonilla
Jan 31
It wasn't a catch. We learned that soon after the Philadelphia Eagles quickly got back to the line of scrimmage and ran another play, after which the San Francisco 49ers could do nothing.
In what looked like an amazing one-handed leaping grab by DeVonta Smith, replays showed that the Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver failed to maintain possession. Many feel that, in the end, it would not have mattered. The Eagles ended up winning the NFC Championship Game 31-7.
Maybe it would have mattered, though.
Who knows what would have happened had officials overturned that play call? The drive would have ended because it was a 29-yard catch

There's not much going on with the San Francisco 49ers. Not unless you count these small bits of news:
Brock Purdy has a UCL tear and will likely need surgery. If they can repair the tendon, he'll need six months of recovery time (which is August). If they have to replace it (Tommy John surgery), it will be decidedly longer.
Trey Lance says he is three to four weeks from being cleared to practice, and that he should be 100% by OTAs (organized team activities).
Trent Williams was walking with a crutch on Tuesday (locker cleanout day) and had a walking boot on. But he said it's nothing.
DeMeco Ryans was hired to be the next head coach of the Houston Texans.
Tom Brady announced his retirement Wednesday morning, so those hoping he
