The San Francisco 49ers are getting healthier. Kind of. There are still several missing pieces, like All-Pro tight end George Kittle. But some other pieces are scheduled to return soon. This week, the 49ers opened the practice window for running back JaMycal Hasty, who could be activated off injured reserve in time for this weekend's game against the Indianapolis Colts. Cornerback K'Waun Williams is practicing after missing the last two games due to a calf injury. "It's nice to get Hasty back this week," head coach Kyle Shanahan said on KNBR's Tolbert, Krueger & Brooks show. "He helped us out a lot in those first two games with doing some third-down routes and things like that, and running the ball. "So, getting Hasty back should help

San Francisco 49ers general manager John Lynch joined KNBR this morning and provided several injury updates. Quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo has practiced this week — albeit limited. He is returning from a calf injury that forced him to miss the second half of Week 4 and all of Week 5. "Jimmy's doing really well," Lynch said on the Murph & Mac show. "He's done a great job coming back from that calf contusion that he got versus Seattle. And he did a nice job of rehab, and he stuck around the bye week, as did Trey because they were both hurting." Trey Lance, the 49ers' No. 3 overall pick in this year's draft, started in place of Garoppolo during Week 5 and emerged with a knee sprain. He has not practiced this week and is not expected to suit up

Pregame With the inactives listed, Aaron Banks is suited up for the first time this year as a corresponding move with Trent Williams inactive. In addition, Jaylon Moore will start at left tackle. The 49ers are also having LB Tyrell Adams active, as he was called up from the practice squad alongside quarterback Nate Sudfeld. Most of the inactives were expected, as Trey Lance, Trent Williams, Javon Kinlaw and Maurice Hurst all dealt with a variety of injuries all week. However, Deommodore Lenoir, who wasn't on the injury report all week, being a healthy scratch is perplexing, as the team elected to go with five cornerbacks: K'Waun Williams, Josh Norman, Dre Kirkpatrick, Emmanuel Moseley, and Dontae Johnson. With Lance inactive, the 49ers have QB
