It's the biggest sporting event of the year. Even non-football fans sit down to watch this one. Super Bowl XLIX will feature a battle between the AFC champion New England Patriots and the NFC champion Seattle Seahawks at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.

The game kicks off today at 3:30 PM Pacific on NBC. The Seahawks are currently listed as slight one point favorites. Who will you be rooting for or against? Will it be the hated Seahawks or the stars of DeflateGate -- the Patriots?

Deebo Samuel expects to return next week for 49ers-Bengals, predicts Super Bowl run

San Francisco 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan said his star wide receiver, Deebo Samuel, is expected to miss one to two weeks with a groin strain. Don't tell Samuel it could take him two weeks, though. The team's leading receiver is betting on the lower end of his coach's estimate. On Wednesday, Samuel joined CBS Sports HQ and was asked if he expects to return for Week 14's contest against the Cincinnati Bengals after missing this weekend's battle against the Seattle Seahawks at Lumen Field. "Of course," Samuel responded. "It's only going to take a week, so [I'll] be back next week." That's good news for the 49ers, who are surging right now, having won three straight games and four of their last five. After starting 3-5, Samuel's squad is now 6-5 and



49ers' Nick Bosa, Kyle Juszczyk among top vote-getters for Pro Bowl

Voting for the upcoming Pro Bowl has been underway for a while now. The NFL released some stats on the leading vote-getters so far. Two San Francisco 49ers currently lead their respective positions. Kyle Juszczyk leads all fullbacks with 70,362 fan votes. Nick Bosa leads NFC defensive ends with 68,143 votes. Juszczyk, a nine-year veteran, has been named to the last five Pro Bowls, with the first coming in 2016. He is widely considered to be the best fullback in the NFL. Although, his 62.5 overall Pro Football Focus grade this season is his lowest mark since his rookie campaign.
