Shortly after defensive end Lawrence Okoye's injury, wide receiver Chuck Jacobs went down as well. Jacobs was injured after a facemask grabbing stiff arm on a kickoff return that resulted in a penalty.
According to Cam Inman of the Mercury News, Jacobs appeared to injure his foot or ankle, but he was able to make it to the sideline on his own.
