The site's front page has the following message from Kaepernick:

Welcome to my official website. I want to thank all the fans for stopping by. I am really looking forward to getting back on the field in 2013 and making it back to another Super Bowl!

Kaepernick became the starting quarterback for the 49ers in 2012 when Alex Smith was knocked out of a game with a concussion. Kaepernick then helped guide the team to an appearance in Super Bowl XLVII.
