KTKA-49 reports the San Francisco 49ers have agreed to terms with undrafted rookie free agent OL Jeromey Clary (Kansas State). Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Info from KFFL

Update: This was a misprint on KFFL's site. Jeromey Clary has agreed to terms with the San Diego Chargers, not the San Francisco 49ers. Clary was drafted by the Chargers in the 6th round of the NFL Draft.
