NFL teams will need to cut their 90-man rosters by 10 players before August 16. It sounds like the San Francisco 49ers won't be among the organizations doing so for now. The team intends to enter training camp with its full complement of players. "While several teams have been cutting players in recent days to reduce their rosters to 80 players, it appears the 49ers will remain at 90 for the time being," reports Matt Barrows of The Athletic. Per agreed upon NFL-NFLPA policy, clubs are not permitted to comment on the player's medical status other than referring to roster status. Clubs may not disclose

The cornerback knew that before joining the San Francisco 49ers and relived the experience in February. Sherman feels there are valuable lessons to be learned in a Super Bowl loss, though, especially for a young and less-experienced team. He remembers a playoff loss to the Atlanta Falcons while with Seattle, and how it made his Seahawks hungrier than ever. "The next year, it was like the season couldn't start fast enough, and it couldn't go by fast enough," Sherman said during an Instagram interview with Pro Football Focus. "Everybody in our way was just simply that — they were in our way." Sherman sees the same thing with these 49ers
