San Francisco 49ers quarterback Trey Lance recently got a massive tattoo that covers his entire back. It was inked by artist Anwon Johnson, who showed off the work on his Instagram page.
"Excited to see you finally get to share your gifts with the world this upcoming season!" wrote Johnson.
Most expect Lance to serve as the 49ers' starting quarterback in 2022. San Francisco made him the No. 3 overall pick in last year's draft, trading multiple first-round picks and a third-rounder to acquire the quarterback.
The tattoo features the words "Child of God" across the top with a lion on the left side and Jesus on the right.
