Trent Williams is the highest-graded offensive lineman this season. His impressive 97.8 overall grade is a career-high. The tackle has been graded at 81.8 or higher in all but one game this season. Williams has recorded the highest offensive grade for the 49ers six times in 2021.
For the second consecutive week, tight end George Kittle earned the team's second-highest overall grade. He also scored a touchdown for the second successive game while adding 50 receiving yards on five catches. In addition, the All-Pro registered a touchdown reception in consecutive weeks for the first time in his career.
For the first time in his career, wide receiver Deebo Samuel recorded a receiving touchdown and rushing touchdown in the same game. His 979 receiving yards rank second in the NFL, with only Cooper Kupp of the Rams (1,141 yards) ahead of him.
The 49ers' safety duo of Talanoa Hufanga and Jimmie Ward proved effective against the Rams. The latter came away with two interceptions, one of which was a pick-six. Ward's interceptions were the third and fourth of his career, and first since December 11, 2016. In addition, his 76.3 overall grade was a season-high.

Where the 49ers landed in PFF's latest power ranking
While it would be foolish to declare that the San Francisco 49ers lack any deficiencies, the team remains one of the most talented rosters in the NFL. That alone is enough to place them high on media power rankings.
The truth is, power rankings mean very little at this stage in the offseason. Yes, free agency has come and gone, but NFL rosters are about to undergo further changes this week, with the 2024 NFL Draft slated for Thursday.
Pro Football Focus' Amelia Probst posted a power ranking based on the analytics site's data on each roster and the offseason roster moves made so far. The San Francisco 49ers came in at No. 2, behind only the Kansas City
PFF high on this cornerback for 49ers in mock draft
Analyst Dane Brugler of The Athletic grades former Iowa State cornerback T.J. Tampa as a second or third-round draft pick and ranks him 55th overall on his big board. Pro Football Focus, however, holds a higher opinion of the young defensive back. In his latest mock draft, the site's lead analyst, Sam Monson, has the San Francisco 49ers selecting Tampa with the No. 31 overall pick.
"T.J. Tampa fits the prototype of a 49ers cornerback," Monson explains. "He has had consecutive seasons of very impressive play and allowed just 240 yards on 49 targets last season. The team doesn't necessarily need him to make an immediate impact, but they could
7-round mock draft has 49ers adding 2 legacy players
Trevor Sikkema of Pro Football Focus unveiled a seven-round mock draft for the San Francisco 49ers, addressing several key needs for the team in the 10-pick projection. Interestingly, the mock draft sees the team adding two legacy players. But before delving into that, let's examine the first three selections.
Sikkema has the 49ers shoring up their offensive line at pick No. 31 with the selection of former Arizona offensive tackle Jordan Morgan.
Morgan allowed 14 pressures and two sacks in his 477 pass-blocking snaps at left tackle in 2023. He earned an impressive pass-blocking grade of 87.3 and an overall grade of
49ers legacy players add a 'fun element' to 2024 NFL Draft
The upcoming NFL Draft holds special significance for the San Francisco 49ers, with ties to several familiar faces from the team's past. A handful of legacy players hope to make their mark, possibly receiving a life-changing call from 49ers general manager John Lynch.
Brenden Rice, son of Hall of Fame receiver Jerry Rice, is one such player. The former USC wideout is projected to be a fourth-round draft pick and had the opportunity to meet with the 49ers at the NFL Scouting Combine.
When asked about the possibility of joining his father's former team, Brenden confidently expressed, "Honestly, I just
