The 49ers released the following announcement surrounding Levi's Stadium's participation in the campaign.
Earlier tonight, at 8:00 p.m., the 49ers and Levi's Stadium turned all stadium lights blue and posted special messages on all seven interior and exterior video boards in support of the nationwide #LightItBlue campaign, thanking medical professionals and first responders on the front lines of the coronavirus pandemic. The campaign began in the UK with over 130 landmarks participating, and is a great way for the US to give a massive "Thank You." Numerous buildings, landmarks and stadiums across the United States participated in the tribute.
