The San Francisco 49ers are among several teams that met with Florida International quarterback James Morgan at the 2020 East-West Shrine Game, according to Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle.
At East-West Shrine, FIU QB James Morgan also met with Dolphins, Vikings, Patriots, Saints, Giants, Jets, Raiders, Eagles, 49ers, Seahawks, Titans, Washington, Ravens, Bills, Bears, Buccaneers, among others
Morgan (6-4, 213) completed 61.5 recent of his passes for 5,312 yards with 40 touchdowns and 12 interceptions in two seasons with the Golden Panthers. Before that, he spent three seasons with Bowling Green State.
Florida International finished 6-6 before losing 34-26 to Arkansas State in the Camellia Bowl.
