It came down to the closing seconds of this NFC West showdown, but the San Francisco 49ers emerged as the winner against the Seattle Seahawks at CenturyLink Field thanks to a stop on fourth-and-goal with tight end Jacob Hollister just inches away from the end zone. The score would have given Seattle the win.
Instead, the 49ers win 26-21.
The victory means the 49ers are the NFC West champions and earn home-field advantage throughout the NFC playoffs.
