The San Francisco 49ers are preparing for their Week 6 contest against the Green Bay Packers on Monday at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Injury notes from Saturday:

  • WR Trent Taylor did not practice at all this week and is doubtful to play on Monday night. His participation against the Packers is viewed as unlikely.
  • The 49ers announced earlier in the week that WR Dante Pettis would not play against Green Bay. He is the lone player listed as out.
  • RB Matt Breida was limited on Saturday after not practicing on Thursday and Friday. Head coach Kyle Shanahan initially estimated earlier in the week that the running back would be doubtful for the game, but he is officially listed as questionable.
  • Three offensive linemen are listed as questionable for Monday night. Each, however, is expected to play and they all were limited on Saturday.
  • For the Packers, QB Aaron Rodgers was a full participant in practice on Friday and Saturday after missing Thursday's session.

Below are the official injury reports for the 49ers and Packers. Also included are Saturday's practice participation reports, which were provided by the 49ers Communications staff.
