49ers-Rams Injury Report: Reuben Foster a full participant in practice

Linebacker Reuben Foster went from a limited participant during Wednesday's practice to a full participant on Thursday. Other than that, there was not much of a change from Thursday as the 49ers continue to prepare to close out the 2017 season on Sunday against the Los Angeles Rams at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.

Defensive tackles DeForest Buckner and Earl Mitchell were given the day off from practice.
