The San Francisco 49ers added a dozen rookies to their roster over the course of the 2014 NFL Draft. Their dreams came true as all of their hard work has finally led them to a chance at an NFL career.

Many of the young players are on Twitter and below are their reactions to being drafted by San Francisco. Some were immediate reactions and others occurred later. Of course, you can follow them and every other current 49ers player on our Niner Tweets page.

Marcus Martin, C, USC (@TheRealDoubleMs)

Brandon Thomas, OT, Clemson (@BTOM63)

Bruce Ellington, WR, South Carolina (@BruceEllington)

Ellington's post is interesting. It was a paid advertisement brought to you by Verizon and featured video of him receiving his call from the 49ers alerting him that he was being drafted.

ESPN analyst weighs in on 49ers potentially drafting a wide receiver

The San Francisco 49ers will likely add a rookie wide receiver via the draft, and it has nothing to do with Brandon Aiyuk's current contract situation. Deebo Samuel is about as physical a player as you'll find at the position, so wear and tear, along with his significant salary, has to be a concern. Jauan Jennings is slated to become an unrestricted free agent next year. The 49ers have tried to address the position recently, drafting Ronnie Bell in the seventh round last year and Danny Gray in the third round in 2022. While it's too early to judge Bell, Gray has played only 87 offensive snaps as a pro. His career stat line is unimpressive, recording only one reception for 10 yards on seven targets. One ESPN analyst and 49ers fan, Matt Miller, admits to being

The San Francisco 49ers have overhauled their defensive line in free agency, bidding farewell to defensive tackle Arik Armstead and defensive end Chase Young while bolstering their ranks with the signings of defensive ends Leonard Floyd and Yetur Gross-Matos. Additionally, they acquired defensive tackle Maliek Collins via trade. Having focused primarily on the defensive side of the ball in free agency, the 49ers are widely anticipated to turn their attention to the offensive side in the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft. Long-standing ESPN analyst Mel Kiper unveiled his latest mock draft, this

Analyst Steve Palazzolo unveiled a first-round mock draft for Pro Football Focus, attempting to forecast the selections for each NFL team within the top 32 picks. While the San Francisco 49ers concentrated on strengthening the defensive line in free agency, Palazzolo envisions the team continuing to fortify that side of the ball. In his mock draft, Palazzolo predicts that the 49ers will select former Iowa State cornerback T.J. Tampa with the No. 31 overall pick. "Tampa's unique fluidity and size for a cornerback make him worthy of a top-75 pick," reads the analysis from Pro Football Focus' big board. "If he can clean up his footwork, he can
