By now, if you're a 49ers fan, you've probably combed the internet and read every San Francisco 49ers season preview that you could possibly find. With that in mind, there's very little that I could write that you probably haven't already read regarding the upcoming season from a broad perspective. However, I'll bet no one has rapped it to you though!

I started doing an annual 49ers hip-hop preview song called "The Best in the West" back in 2009, before the 49ers actually became that, and I've done one every year since. I don't just rhyme random player names together and try to have fun, but I actually strive to give actual insight, analysis and opinion in a song-based format, but I do have a little fun with it! So, with that in mind, here's a 2016 San Francisco 49ers preview unlike any others you've seen.

The opinions within this article are those of the writer and, while just as important, are not necessarily those of the site as a whole.

Marcus Mosher of The 33rd Team revealed his latest mock draft, which goes seven rounds deep and projects every selection for every NFL team. While most predict that the San Francisco 49ers will add an offensive lineman with their first selection, No. 31 overall, Mosher has the Bay Area team going in a different direction. The writer and analyst has the Niners selecting former UCLA pass rusher Laiatu Latu in the first round. "It wouldn't be a shock to see Laiatu Latu fall in the draft due to his medical history, but he is too good of a value to pass up here at No. 31," Mosher wrote. "The San Francisco 49ers have been searching for the right pass

With only nine days remaining until the start of the 2024 NFL Draft, Good Morning Football's Peter Schrager revealed his first mock draft of the year. While most might expect the San Francisco 49ers to target an offensive lineman, Schrager has the team bolstering its wide receiver corps with an SEC talent. Schrager has the 49ers using the No. 31 overall pick to select former Georgia wide receiver Ladd McConkey, whose 2023 campaign with the Bulldogs was limited by back and ankle injuries. "McConkey in the first round? Yes," Schrager wrote. "Above guys like Troy Franklin and Keon Coleman? Perhaps. I've spoken to a
