Upon Further Review: We are taking it to a video podcast

Hello 49ers fans and welcome to the new and improved 2015 version of Upon Further Review. We are taking our talents to video podcast form!

In this week's videos AJ and Diego break down what they saw in Week 1 against the Minnesota Vikings and keys for Week 2's game at the Pittsburgh Steelers.

But you didn't think we would only pick the result of the 49ers-Steelers game, did you? Check out our picks for ALL of Week 2's games.

One of the few things that remains the same: we look forward to your feedback, and there's many ways you can do that.

if you want any semblance of semi pro podcast, invest in lights and mics. if you can't do that at least move those table lamps in front of you and out of the frame. lower the angle of the shot. also all the stuff on the sides and in the background is distracting. just have the helmet on a desk and the flag in the back. looks messy.

Response: Thanks for the feedback, Boast. Upgrades are inbound. We're both new to this, but are working hard to get the format tightened up.

Allow me to dissent. Seriously, guys, what in the world are you thinking? With the old format, a reader could digest your entire column in just about three minutes. Now you're asking us to watch 30 MINUTES of video to get the exact same information? I would be shocked if your page views don't go way down. Terrible, terrible idea. Also, with a written column, you can at least appear somewhat professional. If you're going to do a video that's a horrible mashup of Wayne's World and Bill Swerski's Superfans, why not just stick to the written word and hope to be taken more seriously?

Response: Actually Terry, we want to talk football. And drink. And maybe entertain a few people along the way. I'll be sure to include the Wayne's World intro in our next segment. Just for you. Cheers.

Thanks guys, I like your new format. It seems it's going to take 4 or 5 games to get a handle on what this team can do. If you have a stud running back and a solid D that's the recipe for success. If we can take away the Steelers run game and make them one dimensional we have a good shot as you stated.

Response: Thanks. It'll definitely take a handful of games to get a good read as to how good this team can be.
