Wochit News - Carlos Hyde blew up for 168 yards on 26 carries with two touchdowns and caught two passes for 14 yards in the 49ers' Week 1 win over the Vikings. Hyde ate up huge chunks of yards all night, gashing the Vikes for 116 yards on 19 carries in the second half. It was a breakout performance by the second year rookie out of ohio state. After spending most of last behind Frank Gore on the depth chart, Hyde has established himself as the lead back in San Francisco.
