The San Francisco 49ers landed five players on the first and second teams of the coveted Associated Press All-Pro list. The number was tied for the most in the NFL with Kansas City and Cleveland. However, only inside linebacker NaVorro Bowman was named first-team All-Pro for San Francisco. It was no surprise Bowman was named to the first team. He was dominant all season and is a NFL Defensive Player of the Year candidate. The 49ers named to the second team were defensive tackle Justin Smith, linebacker Ahmad Brooks, tackle Joe Staley and tight end Vernon Davis.
