Rookie receiver Quinton Patton's performance was perhaps the most encouraging thing to come out of Sunday's win at the Arizona Cardinals. The San Francisco 49ers may now have a fourth receiving option behind receivers Michael Crabtree and Anquan Boldin, and tight end Vernon Davis. A lack of receiving weapons has been an issue for San Francisco all season.Patton, a fourth-round pick who missed 10 weeks with a broken foot, was a factor Sunday. He made an incredible 29-yard catch on the sideline in the final seconds to set up the game-winning field goal.
