GLENDALE, Ariz. -- A few observations from the 49ers' 23-20 win over Arizona on Sunday:What it means: The San Francisco are the No. 5 seed in the NFC playoffs and will play at Green Bay next week. The Packers are the No. 4 seed. The 49ers entered the game with a slim shot at having a bye and hosting a playoff game. That didn't happen. But the 49ers did what they had to do in a wild game – they were leading 17-0 in the first quarter – to stay the fifth seed.
