With the Falcons' 30-28 win over the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday, the San Francisco 49ers will now travel to Atlanta for the NFC Championship game on Sunday, January 20th.

On the arm and legs of quarterback Colin Kaepernick, the 49ers beat the Green Bay Packers 45-31 on Saturday night, earning a second consecutive appearance in the NFC's title game.

Kaepernick ran for a quarterback playoff-record 181 yards and two touchdowns and threw two scoring passes to wide receiver Michael Crabtree. The 49ers had 579 yards of total offense against the Packers.
